Beautiful shape with a glazed bow fronted central panel, sitting on square tapered legs, terminating in spade feet.
Decorative inlay detail throughout. Complete with working locks and keys. A statement piece for any home, ideal as a drinks cabinet, crockery cabinet, trinket cabinet, etc. Ready to showcase your treasures.
Condition Report:
There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches and fading to the front and legs (pictured), further scratches and marks to the sides, however minimal. Glass has the odd scratch and also minor air bubble in the glass panel (pictured), not noticable till up close, wear and tear throughout, especially on the right hand side bottom corner. One of the legs has age-related splits (pictured), however this doesn’t affect the overall integrity of the product. The antique mahogany glass display cabinet remains structurally sound, with all the glass intact. Shelf has slight damage to the wood (pictured). Fabric still intact. Has a lovely antique patina. Locks and keys work but need to be handled with care. Recommend fitting wall brackets to the back board to then attach to designated wall space due to its fragility. In good antique condition a rather pleasing example of an Edwardian display cabinet.
